Is Sex Change Permitted in Islam.

Allah(swt) has created all of his creation with utmost perfection. As a believer, we must acknowledge that He never makes mistakes. To think that altering the creation of Allah(swt) into something else is okay is a great evil and a grave sin.

For a person to change his sex from male to female and vice versa is not permissible. The Muslim has to be content and satisfied, however, Allah(swt) has made him and with all that what Allah(swt) has decreed. Allah(swt) has indeed placed everything in perfect position and order.

A Muslim must know that Allah(swt) is in control of all things. If for a person, being a female is good then Allah(swt) would have fashioned him that way, perhaps man doesn't know if he was a female that would not be good for him or if a woman was a male that would not be good for him. As is similar to every other situation. Allah(swt) knows what will benefit a man and what is good or bad for him. We as believers must always thank Allah(swt) for his bounties and mercy.

Some people who want to change what they are fighting in the way of Allah(swt). They have waged war against Allah(swt) in his decree. Allah(swt) revealed to us that such wishful thinking is prohibited from following Aayah.

“And wish not for the things in which Allah(swt)(swt) has made some of you to excel others. For men there is a reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned” [al-Nisaa’ 4:32] If mere wishful thinking is forbidden, then how about taking action based on that? If the Muslim is forbidden to change the creation of Allah(swt) in minor cases, so how about changing sex altogether?

Changing one's sex is a kind of tampering with the creation of Allah(swt) and following the way of Shytaan. We know Shaytaan is the biggest enemy of mankind and never rests. He has vowed to take revenge from mankind in any way possible.

Allah(swt) says:
“and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah(swt)” [al-Nisaa’ 4:119] Changing sex is also being ungrateful to Allah(swt). The person who aspires to change his/her sex is thankless about how Allah(swt) has made him. He thinks he knows better. He is challenging Allah(swt) subhana wa taala. May Allah(swt) protect us. This is a grave and evil sin my dear brothers and sisters. Indeed the end of time is near!
For such a person, if they repent, maybe Allah(swt) will forgive them but if they died in this state they are doomed forever.

We ask Allah(swt) to keep us safe and sound.
